​I got in touch with Arash as I wanted to achieve an overall tone up of my body and build on core strength. I work as a Chef and needed my physigue to be stronger without appearing too muscly. During our 6 week training period where we met 3 times a week, I saw and felt great results. Working out with Arash is fun, varied and challenging and he tailors the sessions to suit your body type AND personality. The fact that the training takes place at either the beach or in a park, makes for a different and interesting experience of Barcelona. Whenever life/work takes me through the city I make sure to book a session or two with Arash.

​Arash was always very motivating as a personal trainer, especially when it mattered most; on dark, freezing winter mornings he would get me up and out and he was always happy!!. He uses a wide range of teaching techniques and always was able to tailor sessions to people's learning styles, which really helps you improve fast. He tailored exercises to my level of ability and competence which made me feel that I had excelled myself every session. He uses humour, right when you need it most (just before you want to collapse in a heap) which encourages you to achieve far more than you think you could. In fact Arash has been the best PT I ever had, and I've had a few!! I would recommend Arash to anyone wanting to work hard, improve their health and fitness and generally look and feel a hundred times better.

"I’ve always struggled committing to any exercise whether in groups or on an individual basis, but I found Arash’s early morning boot camp classes very motivating and fun.  Arash comfortably encouraged me to push myself and I even started to enjoy tricep dips!!  The variety of exercises was always good but my favourite was always the punching and kicking, such stress relief. Arash also helped me look at my diet and lifestyle choices, making suggestions for improvements and providing positive feedback too.  Miss him lots."
