After 10 years of working in the social care field with people aged 13-30 years old, I craved a new life and career. With a keen interest in exercise participating regularly in Bootcamp, Boxercise and and Crossfit, style training; I retrained as a personal trainer; a trade that could allow me to enjoy the outdoors and doing what I love. I started delivering a weekly bootamp to work colleagues to develop my skills while studying. 

 

A firm believer in the positive impact exercise has on well being; I had often worked with clients to engage them with sports activities and saw the improvements in motivation, confidence and wellbeing.

I'm not here to tell you to change your life; but to ensure that you receive a service that helps you change what you want to make. With a programme which challenges you to exceed your goals!
